1.1 Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour will be eligible for a refund. 1.2 For cancellations due to weather-related issues, we will offer the option to reschedule the tour for a later date and time. Our team will work closely with you to find a suitable alternative. 1.3 In case of emergencies or unexpected circumstances where customers are unable to attend their scheduled tour, we will make every effort to accommodate their needs and provide an alternative service. We understand that situations may arise that are beyond anyone’s control, and we will do our best to assist you during such times.
No Show Policy:
2.1 If a customer fails to show up for their scheduled tour and does not provide prior notice of cancellation or delay, no refund will be available. 2.2 If a customer is running late and has not arrived at the tour meeting point within 1 hour of the scheduled start time, they will be considered a “no-show,” and no refund will be provided.
Refund Process:
3.1 Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original booking. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing time. 3.2 In the case of rescheduled tours or alternative services, no refund will be provided if the customer agrees to the revised arrangements.
